This session will discuss how DNA and RNA vaccines, how they differ from traditional vaccines and their potential for veterinary vaccines.

List the 3 major classes of vaccines currently used for most types of veterinary vaccines and describe how they work
Describe the types of immune responses induced by DNA and RNA vaccines and how they differ from conventional vaccines currently used for most veterinary vaccines
List at least 2 veterinary vaccines licensed for use that are based on nucleic acid vaccine (DNA or RNA) technologies.
