Galia Sheinberg is a practicing boarded certified veterinary dermatologist. She is co-owner of Dermatologia Especializada Centro Veterinario Mexico in Mexico City which is a dermatology-only practice and is part of Centro Veterinario Mexicol. She graduated from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico with honors and completed an internship and residency program at the same university. She has worked in Centro Veterinario Mexico speciality veterinary hospital since 1999, and as head of dermatology since 2010. She completed externship training at the Animal Dermatology Clinic in San Diego, Tustin, CA and the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS Dermatology). She is a Latin American College of Veterinary Dermatology and Latin American Society of Veterinary Dermatology board member. Dr. Sheinberg is part of Grupo Mexicano de Dermatologia Veterinaria, dedicated to research and publishing in veterinary dermatology, presenting original work in North American Veterinary Dermatology Forum and in the European Veterinary Dermatology Congress (ESVD-ECVD). She participates regularly in educational events as a speaker in various congresses and dermatology events in Mexico and internationally.
