Gayle graduated from the University of Cambridge and completed a rotating internship and then large animal internal medicine and critical care residency at the Royal Veterinary College in London. After 20 years in academia, she joined IVC Evidensia in February 22 to become Director of veterinary Professional Development and still undertakes clinical work at Pool House Equine Clinic. She is an American Specialist in Large Animal Internal Medicine and Emergency and Critical Care and Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. The topics that she holds close to her heart include undergraduate and postgraduate education, cardiology, gastroenterology and ultrasonography.
