Dr. Sonja Tjostheim graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 2012. She completed a small animal rotating internship at the C.A.R.E. Centre in Calgary, Alberta before moving to Madison, Wisconsin where she completed a cardiology residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Tjostheim is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her primary research interest is the identification and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias in dogs and cats.
