I graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Padua, Italy, in 2019, and I started my Ph.D. in Veterinary Science and Food Safety (companion animal nutrition and feeding track) at the same university in 2020.
In September 2022 I became a resident ECVCN under the supervision of prof. Rebecca Ricci. I'm currently a visiting Ph.D. student in the Kaplan Lab of Tufts University. My research focus is the use of Spirulina in pet nutrition and the potential application of cellular agriculture for pet food.
