A graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Jess Herman completed her clinical rotations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before journeying to Washington, DC for a rotating internship with Friendship Hospital for Animals. After developing a special interest in extracorporeal therapies, nephrourology, and interventional radiology, she moved to Texas with her Coconut Retriever and pet rabbit for a specialty internship in Small Animal Internal Medicine at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists. Dr. Herman was excited to stay local when she joined the team at Texas A&M University in 2022 as a resident in Small Animal Internal Medicine .
