DVM, Food Animal Rotating Intern

Born and raised in Colombia; I obtained my DVM degree at the National University of Colombia, in Bogota, time during which I showed great interest and dedication in the areas of large animal internal medicine and pathobiology. As part of my professional growth I had the opportunity to work as a staff clinician at the Center of Perinatology and Large Animal Hospital Foal Care, in Cajica, Colombia. And wanting to continue in this process of continuous learning as internal medicine is, I am currently completing a rotating internship with an emphasis on food and fiber animal, at the Auburn University Large Animal Teaching Hospital, and soon will be starting a Large Animal Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison!
