Graduated from Vienna University of Veterinary Medicine. Completed rotating Equine internship at Brazos Valley Equine Hospital, TX followed by a fellowship in orthopedic research at the Comparative Orthopedic Research Laboratory, New Bolton Center, PA. Since 2016: research project manager for the Equine Pharmacology laboratory at PennVet New Bolton Center. Field of study: pharmacology research and biomarker discovery to support the welfare of racehorses in Pennsylvania.
