Douglas received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from North Carolina State University. Subsequently, he completed an Internal Medicine Specialty internship with Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialist. Prior to his current residency position at Mississippi State University, he held a position with the emergency department at North Carolina State University. He has interest in all aspects of Internal Medicine.
