Dr. Amy Johnson received her DVM from Cornell in 2003. She completed a large animal internal medicine residency at Cornell, becoming LAIM certified in 2007. Dr. Johnson then began working as a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania's New Bolton Center, and completed a second residency in neurology, becoming certified in 2011. Dr. Johnson joined Penn's faculty in 2011 and is now an associate professor in large animal medicine and neurology at New Bolton Center, with research focusing on improving antemortem diagnosis of neurologic disease in horses.
