Clinical assessment, pre-trilostane cortisol, ACTH stimulation tests and other tests are all being used around the world to monitor this common endocrine condition. This interactive talk will present the evidence base for these approaches and use interactive management of cases of hyperadrenocorticism to illustrate decision making processes. The audience will be provided with clinical data and the opportunities to vote on dose / drug changes. It may not be possible to draw definite conclusions but delegate will get to experience the decision making process required for successful management of canine hyperadrenocorticism.
