Presentation Description / Summary: This presentation will provide the unique perspectives of the Neurologist and Technician in managing the complexities of diagnosing and treating a polyradiculoneuritis patient. Information will include disease overview, diagnostic testing, and nursing care.

Learner Outcomes: 1. Provide insight into the team approach to patient diagnosis and care 2. Understand the complexities of polyradiculoneuritis and the complications and challenges that come with it.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participants will be able to identify clinical signs of generalized lower motor neuron disease like polyradiculoneuritis.
Upon completion, participants will be able to produce appropriate supportive care plan for hospitalized lower motor neuron patients.
Upon completion participants will be able to establish a team approach to prolonged care for recumbent patients.
