Immunotherapy has transformed the approach to treating cancer. However, not all patients respond, and responses can be transient. To this end, translational science is providing new insights into determinants of immunotherapy efficacy that hope to guide new treatment paradigms.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand determinants of response and resistance to cancer immunotherapy.
  • Gain knowledge in novel treatment paradigms being developed for the use of immunotherapy in the treatment of cancer.
  • Learn translational strategies being used to develop new therapeutic approaches for cancer therapy.
