Large Animal Rotating Intern

Diana did her veterinary studies in the Escuela de Medicina Veterianaria at the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. Diana became deeply passionate about working with large animal species since She was a veterinary student, and have been immersed in this field ever since she graduated. After working for more than two years in the Equine Hospital of the same institution and entering the Large Animal Rotating Internship at the University of Guelph, Diana reaffirmed her research mindset and her interest in Equine Internal Medicine. Diana is currently working at Dr. Diego Gomez lab investigating the prognostic value of blood variable in septic foals.
