Dr. Ananya Mahalingam-Dhingra is originally from outside of Boston, MA, where love for horses started as a young rider at her local barn. She completed her undergraduate degree at Williams College in western Massachusetts and went on to complete veterinary school at Tufts University. In veterinary school, she completed research on equine asthma and volunteered with working equids in Morocco. After veterinary school, she went on to complete a rotating internship at the Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center in Ringoes, New Jersey and will be continuing her specialty training with a residency in large animal internal medicine at Tufts University.
