Dr. Alexa Burton is a graduate of the University of Liverpool in the U.K. She completed an an internship at the University of Guelph, a residency and clinical fellowship in large animal medicine at Cornell University and a PhD in infectious disease at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Burton has been a Clinical Assistant Professor in Large Animal Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine since January 2020.
