Dr. Gina Dinallo is a New England native, born in New Hampshire and spending her childhood and college years in Connecticut. She recently completed her Emergency and Critical Care residency with Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists, after which she moved across the continent and over the border to start her career as an ECC specialist with Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialists in British Columbia. She received her DVM from Cornell University in 2016, and completed a rotating internship at Regional Veterinary Referral Center in Springfield VA in 2017. She worked as an ER associate in New England for two years before transitioning to her ECC residency. Her areas of interest include coagulation, polytrauma, wound management, and emergency surgery, with a special passion for working dogs. Outside of the hospital, she is an avid athlete, enjoying any and all active outdoor pursuits with her border collie mix Darwin, and german shepherd Sebastian. She and the dogs love trail running, mountain biking, snowboarding, skijoring, paddle boarding, and more.
