Since 2020, we have been proud to partner with INROADS a leader in developing high school and college students from underrepresented communities. Our partnership has allowed us to engage INROADS scholars, creating pathways and equitable opportunities in the workplace through our internship program, immersive educational experiences and even welcoming students as full-time colleagues upon graduation. Throughout 2023, we continued to develop meaningful relationships with customers and meet their needs for animal health products. We completed expansions at our manufacturing facilities in Lincoln, Nebraska, and in Tullamore, Ireland, to support the growth of our mAb production. We also expanded our R&D capabilities at our Durham, North Carolina, facility to help transform the diagnostics industry and provide our customers with new and better diagnostic solutions to support animal health.
